Michael Borman is an absolute star. We came into a bit of financial difficulty and wanted to unfortunately cancel our policy but Michael offered such good alternatives we just had to stay :) thanks so much Michael for keeping our fur babies safe and making us an offer that suits our pocket. We’re so glad to be staying on with the Dotsure family
I contacted Vodacom on the 01/03/2021 to cancel my contract. They sent through the cancellation quotation on the 01/03/2021. I made the full payment and e-mailed the quotation signed, proof of payment and copy of my ID through to them on the 04/03/2021 to retentions.cancellations@vodacom.co.za / CallCenterSupportNorth@vodacom.co.za / SpecialistOpsEscalations@vodacom.co.za / retentions.cancellations.cssprod@vodacom.co.za and vbs.admin@vodacom.co.za I then sent the same e-mail again to all the above addresses on the 10/03/2021. I have called the call centre numerous times as well to get this sorted out but they keep saying I have to email the documents through to the same email addresses I have sent it to before. Another time when I contacted the call centre the retentions department said they cannot help me until the payment has reflected and i need to check with the accounts department. They then transfer me and the accounts department says the cannot help me until the retentions department has put the cancellation through. So please tell me how anyone can resolve a problem when it keeps being transfered and avoided!! I am so fed up with Vodacom and their lack of service. I just want this contract cancelled asap !!!!
Professional and affordable! I would recommend these guys to anyone. They were on time, very friendly and the food tasted great. We did our year end function for about 60 people and it was a blast, made better with the great food and service. They could even accommodate us on very short notice and assited us by allowing us to keep their equipment until the following morning. Job well done guys :)
Thank you Rebecca Van Der Breggen for all your help and assistance! Changing my policy details have never been easier on the online portal and chat assistance. I needed to change my personal and banking details as I have recently married. She made sure all was in order and changed before I logged out and sent my new policy schedule within a few minutes of updating my details. Best and easiest service ever. Shawn was my initial point of contact but before he went on leave he made sure Liam was there to help and to take over without any confusion. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and I was put at ease knowing that we don’t have to worry about the little things. It was so quick and easy. Thanks guys so much! Tarryn Wright was excellent. She called me back regarding my quote enquiry when i searched for a pet insurance online. I really enjoyed our conversation and she made me feel like I was talking to an old friend instead of a business opportunity. She answered all my questions I had for her and supplied me with a lot of detail. I couldn't have asked to speak to anyone better and because of her reassurance and care for my pets' well being I immediately signed up and I will be covered from the 1st of September. Thanks Tarryn and Dotsure for the excellent service and guidance. I am happy to report that my pets are now in safe hands
<p>My MTN service has not been working since 20.09.2016. I called the customer care department and they informed me that my number has been sim swopped. I have no knowledge of this as it is a contract sim and can only be handled by me. They could not inform me where this sim swop took place or even me assist on the telephone with any details. All I was told was that if it was not me who requested the sim swop then it could be that my details have been stolen and used, not something anyone wants to hear!!!! I was instructed to go to my nearest shop and ask for more information there as they cannot help me with a sim swop via the call centre. Now i have to make time to go to a shop and pay for a new sim swop to be done. All of this for something that i had no knowledge of!!!</p>
<p>On the 25th of July 2016 I called the customer care line to cancel a month to month data plan that i have. The consultant told me he has cancelled it and that i would not be billed for the new month. On the 1st of August I received the 3gig data again and when my statement came I saw that i was billed</p> <p> </p> <p>This was not what i have asked for. I cancelled the data plan and expected not to receive the data or be billed.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time I am having problems with Vodacom and my other complaint still hasn't been sorted out yet and its been nearly two months now!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you retract the 3gig you sent me as I have not used it and minus this amount on my statement?</p> <p> </p> <p>The number fot this data plan is ********** 482</p>
<p>I have written a review before on the 15th of July</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then my issue has not been resolve, in fact it only got worse!!</p> <p>I even went to the Vodacom Customer Care in my area and all they could help me with was by logging a complaint, seriously, i could have done that myself over the phone instead of driving 40+ kms to get there!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have prematurely cancelled my contract. Vodacom then invoiced the quotation for this TWICE and only dedusted the payment once!! My acount now says i have an enormous bill outstanding. I have been trying to contact Vodacom regarding this but it seems no one is able to help me. As i am typing this, I have bee on hold with Vodacom Accounts Department for 45 mins with minimal assistance and most of the time on hold. </p> <p> </p> <p>How am I suppose to sort out this issue when NO ONE is willing to help me!!!! I am getting fed up!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not liable for any of the amounts on my statement as I have cancelled all my contracts with Vodacom but they still send me bills and not correcting my statements!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My reference number from Vodacom is 1- ********** 1934</p>
<p>On the 6th of July I proceeded to cancel my contract with Vodacom. I asked for a Premature Cancellation Quotation, paid the amount, sent all documents to the Retentions department and got a refernce number EC-044M-3LJTK5</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 15th of July and I received my statement from them. Apparantly I am in credit and I called Customer Care to ask why. I made sure with the Cancellations department that my contract has been cancelled. They confirmed that my number has been changed to aprepaid and that that contract no longer exists, I asked about the credit and they said Accounts must have not updated the system and they transfered me. I asked Accounts the same questions and they could not tell me if my contract has been cancelled and thanked me for my early payment. I asked them what they meant and they said I have made an upfront payment towards my bill. I told them no and that it was for a cancellation of my contract. They told me they knew nothing about it and then blamed Cancellations for not updating the system and transfered me back to them. I DO NOT WANT MY PAYMENT TO GO TOWARDS MY BILL!! IT WAS MEANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! I hung up after being transfered back and forth!!I am disaapointed with Vodacom, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is how you treat me. I am thinking of cancelling my other contract now as well but we'll all know what an uphill batlle that would be!! Please sort this out</p>
