Bad quality
I phurchased a lounge suite in 2020 the leather has been pealing sent in for repair came back and pealing again and told its out of warranty how can leather couches not even 3 years yet be so terrible and no assistance from gomma gomma

Bradlows complaint
2 yeara ago I purchased a lounge suite from bradlows in Durban city view center. 2 months ago I noticed the leather started cracking on the seats I then contracted bradlows who was then not giving me the run around after a month they contacted me saying the couch was out of warranty which according to gomma gomma their leather has 10 years warranty. So I got back into contact with gomma gomma which then Informed me they were awaiting pictures of the lounge suite to log the issue from the store which I was never informed so I sent the pictures few days passed no response I then messaged again and they would read and not respond 1 week later do they eventually contact me to say they would collect the couch. This is very unacceptable as the store and head office of bradlows said that there is no warranty. The staff in the city view are very rude and do not value customer service especially the manager who acts like she owns the store. She does not know the meaning of customer service that she would even take personal calls while speaking to you as a customer in the store Infront of you. She promises to assist but never does.
