I have been disappointed by the owner of Little lodge in Hoedspruit. My booking was cancelled by the property a month before my trip on reasons that they are fixing/maintaining their roof. Well as a client I expected 100% refund but to my surprise only received some and not the whole refund. I have been texting and being promised to be fully refunded by till today nothing has been done, it is already a month now.
I made a booking for 3 people at the Ashby manor guest house in Cape Town in January 2018 for 3-7 March 2018,made a deposit of R2400.00 but had to cancel because of the water crisis in that city. I was promised my money back 4days after cancellation but till today I still have not received even after countless emails and phone calls, they do not even bother responding to my emails.
