Excellent Service and Workmanship, it was a pleasure dealing with the Elite Wall and Roof Coating Team, from the quotation/ site assessment process all the way through to the work being done to repair and repaint my roof, the guys were very quick, efficient and professional, they were punctual and left my property clean and neat when the work was complete. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again to do my exterior walls.
My alarm system was inoperable and not working for close to a month, I gave Beagle watch 2 opportunities to fix it and you could not repair it, instead your first technician charged me R1400 for a replacement power supply unit which worked for a few days then the entire system crashed. The second technician charged me another call out fee again but also could not repair the system. Instead I get and exorbitant quote to replace the entire alarm system which was unaffordable. Out of desperation to not forfeit the terms of my homeowners insurance I went looking for alternative solutions/quotes and I was offered a brand new smart alarm system at an affordable rate with ADT which I can comfortably pay off monthly. Tell me now why Beagle Watch is demanding me to pay for zero services rendered since January 2024 and then still expect me to pay for the remainder of the term with an alarm that doesn’t work or cannot link up to their Control room?????? Shall I take this matter to the Consumer tribunal and let’s see if this situation conforms or is aligned to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) legislation????
This is now my 2nd Hello Peter complaint about Discovery Health who have still not yet resolved my initial complaint; it is now almost a month since my physio treatments and I have submitted claims for 2 treatment sessions on more than 6 occasions, it's been a back and forth and Discovery find any and every excuse to not process my claims and I am now out of pocket. This is getting EXTREMLEY frustrating and time consuming!! The most recent response from their claims department is "The Practice details on the account you sent to Discovery Health are missing or unclear" I can clearly see the Practice Name, Practice Number, Practice contact number, Practice email address, Practice Physical Address, WHAT IS GOING ON AT DISCOVERY?????!!!!!!!!
I am so frustrated with Discovery Medical aid, it’s been a back and forth tedious exercise just to get claims processed for my Physio visits that I paid for myself, the App is not user friendly and I have had to ask my physio to amend the invoices 3 times because Discovery Medical Aid is so petty about the alignment of ICD10 codes, fonts or whatever stupid **** that should not be my issue, I have a full time job and cannot be running around between Discovery and a medical service provider! I am a paying client STOP MAKING IT SO DAM DIFFICULT!!! Process my claims!!! DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EXIST?????
Dealing with Cebile Ngubeni was a great experience, she is well informed and made the change over to OnePlan-Pet Insurance seamless, I am looking forward to my future relationship with OnePlan and I have confidence that my dogs will be well covered and I will no longer have to deal with unforeseen vet bills / costs.
Thanks once again to Bianca and the Pineapple Team for helping me recover from the damage to my laptop, it was difficult to work/function without a laptop for over a month. I will definitely retain my assets with Pineapple Insurance.
My Claim was initially approved on a lower amount which was based on a quotation for a lower model (cheaper drone), I was trying for over a week to get it reviewed; Bianca stepped in to intervene and obtained the correct quotation for a correct replacement and the claim payout was corrected. Thank you to Bianca and the Pineapple Team, the last 2 months have been stressful with the loss of my drone and my damaged laptop.
I lost my Drone (DJI Mavic Ari 2) in an unfortunate accident, my claim was approved by Pineapple but the payout amount was calculated on a quotation of a cheaper drone (DJI Mavic Mini 2), I have been trying now for over a week to get this rectified so that I can replace my lost drone, but I am not receiving any feedback or communication, I have called on several occasions, sent multiple messages on the Pineapple App, sent a message via Facebook and even emailed. I am now desperate because a friend of mine asked me to do some photography/cinematography at her wedding which is on Friday 16 April 2021. As a last resort I am therefore resorting to Hellopeter in the hopes that I can get this resolved.

I have sent multiple request on your Contact Form for you to cancel my VAP policy (Tyre and Rim), the policy is a waste of my time I had a claim for 2 Tyres but the payout barely covered the cost of 1 tyre. I therefore would like to cancel and will in future pay for tires out of my pocket. Policy Number: 1041353933
