I logged an trouble support ticket for Slow LTE speeds during peak hours. TICKET ID: 200050 With no communication whatsoever the ticket is in a closed status ???? After I have sent the Internet Solutions form to be filled out I never heard from WebAfrica again, boom, ticket closed !?!?!?! Why ? Just F***ng terrible !
To whom it may concern. Regarding the CELL-C from Webafrica, I took the 100GB LTE-A package from Webafrica and been using the service for three months now thus far I have been getting good speeds etc... However, during peak hours from 18:00 till 22:00/23:00 I'm getting terrible speeds up to 4Mbps (if i'm lucky, other times I'm getting 0.5Mbps. I have purchase an LTE Antenna (11dbi) that is facing the tower, here is my signal results. RSRP: -69 RSSI: -51 RSRQ: -4 SINR: +14 With these signal figures it indicates that I have full signal. Sometimes at night over this past weekend from the 15th to the 17th the tower just went offline, My RSRP went to -90 and all the other figures mentioned above has drastically lower in signal strength for about 4-7 hours. I just want to know if someone is doing something about the terrible latency (209ms) and slow speeds during peak hours... You will probably say during the day you have great speeds etc, but I am not at home during business hours... Any help will be appreciated.
Good day, Heinrich here. Today I have cancelled my gym membership at Virgin Active Gants in Somerset West, after 2 years with my contract the contract went from R467 to R500 month to month because my 2 year term has expired. When I was there I am apparently liable for the remaining debit of 40% for the NEXT debit of the next month, the next debit order will deduct R276 (which is not 40% btw). I explained to them that gym membership fees are paid in advance why should I be liable for "40%" of my month to month contract ? He did however told me that I must cancel my membership within 20 (business) days before the next debit which is basically almost a month notice. Anyway, I can gym till the 17th May, that's not what I want, I want it to be cancelled, it sounds to me quite suspicious to force someone to gym and force to take their money. Long story short, I have put a block at my bank to stop any future debits from Virgin. This is daylight robbery, any suggestions or help on this, what must I do ? Was putting a stop at my bank the right thing to do ?
