<p>I am very unhappy with the service being received from the above companies staff to name Elize Viljoen firstly I was aware that I was nearing the end of my debt review which becomes a huge relief and something you look forward to. I contacted Elize and asked her please to explain to me how the process works etc. I was then told that there were disputes from Creditors that they had not been paid and she assured me that she would sort this out it has been 5 months already and still nothing in writing from them what the creditor says is outstanding or nothing. I was starting to get really agitated with the situation and started contacting the creditors to here what the problem is, only to get a huge suprise that my debt review could have been handled off a year ago and that the creditors actually could give me dates as to when they corresponded with Elize and have still not received response. I got a statement from them within 24 hours of requesting a statement although them telling me they actually cant work direct with the public, so how much more couldnt she get feedback from them working for a firm. I also called the NPDA to find out the status of my account and there is a mass amount of credit lying there. After having spoken to the creditor in question they told me that all they request is proof of payment from the NPDA that they have paid the account and they can then rectify it for me. </p> <p>I unfortunately cannot request that the debt counsellors have to request it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted their head office and asked who could assit me and I was told that Tammy could assit me. I was told that I should send her and email so that she can assit me , which I did and then I called again and she hadnt gotten the email I resent it and then she still couldnt have the decency to call me and tell she had received it. I had to call her again only for her to tell me she sent it to Elize again and that she would get Elize to call me. This is not good enough for me. </p> <p>I would like to speak to someone who can actually make decisions and knows how to service clients with urgency.</p>
