Exceptional debt relief service.
Sharen Sigamoney and her team has helped me realizing a dream of living debt free live. I was indebted and they came into my life to relief the burden from my shoulders. It took a lot of commitment and sacrifices from my side as well to get to where I am today. You have done it for me, and I am very certain that you will continue to help others too. SS Debt Counsellors - excellent service, amazing people
Absolutely excellent, professional service from SS Debt Counsellors. These amazing people have been with us every step of the way through the debt review process. Now a few years later, we have just paid the last installment on our home loan. We could never have done it without their support and guidance. Erna and team, you are awesome. SS Debt Counsellors - excellent service, amazing people
Absolutely excellent, professional service from SS Debt Counsellors. These amazing people have been with us every step of the way through the debt review process. Once under debt review - no way out
<p>Die mense antwoord nie eers hulle e-mail terug. Ek waarsku almal - moenie onder debt review gaan nie. Ek is daar van 2008 af en al my skuld is op betaal en op datum. Maar steeds is ek gebrandmerk as onder debt councelling. Mense moet nooit die debt review ding doen nie ASB!!! Ek was onder debt review by julle. Januarie 2016 het ek aansoek gedoen om debt review te kanselleer. Julle het dit gedoen en die NCR in kennis ge<br />stel. Tog wys dit steeds oral op my rekords dat ekbsteeds by julle onder debt review is. Al my skuld wat daarop was is ten volle afbetaal en my huislening al 'n jaar op datum.</p> <p>Maar steeds wys dit ek is onder debt review by julle.<br />Wat moet ek doen dat julle my van debt review afhaal vir eens en altyd?</p>

Ridiculous service and Lies
<p>I am very unhappy with the service being received from the above companies staff to name Elize Viljoen firstly I was aware that I was nearing the end of my debt review which becomes a huge relief and something you look forward to. I contacted Elize and asked her please to explain to me how the process works etc. I was then told that there were disputes from Creditors that they had not been paid and she assured me that she would sort this out it has been 5 months already and still nothing in writing from them what the creditor says is outstanding or nothing. I was starting to get really agitated with the situation and started contacting the creditors to here what the problem is, only to get a huge suprise that my debt review could have been handled off a year ago and that the creditors actually could give me dates as to when they corresponded with Elize and have still not received response. I got a statement from them within 24 hours of requesting a statement although them telling me they actually cant work direct with the public, so how much more couldnt she get feedback from them working for a firm. I also called the NPDA to find out the status of my account and there is a mass amount of credit lying there. After having spoken to the creditor in question they told me that all they request is proof of payment from the NPDA that they have paid the account and they can then rectify it for me. </p> <p>I unfortunately cannot request that the debt counsellors have to request it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted their head office and asked who could assit me and I was told that Tammy could assit me. I was told that I should send her and email so that she can assit me , which I did and then I called again and she hadnt gotten the email I resent it and then she still couldnt have the decency to call me and tell she had received it. I had to call her again only for her to tell me she sent it to Elize again and that she would get Elize to call me. This is not good enough for me. </p> <p>I would like to speak to someone who can actually make decisions and knows how to service clients with urgency.</p>

Good work
I just would like to say thank you very much to all the staff at SS Debt Counsellors for the great work that they do. I also like to say there work for the past 7 year with my debt was exhalant and cant wait to be debt free. I will recommend any one that is in over their head with debt must join them.<br> Thanks again to the team.

Good work
I just would like to say thank you very much to all the staff at SS Debt Counsellors for the great work that they do.
