Look, none of our banks are good but capitec business should not even be in business. To open the account was a breeze but then.... 5 hours of call centre online chats and joined browsing we still can't even create a beneficiary. Capitec, how do you sell a product that don't work? How do you allow customers to deposit money into a banking platform that is obviously broken? You won't open a restaurant if you don't have equipment, or a workshop if you don't have tools. So after being a customer for basically a day I will be closing the account in the morning. Capitec, rather close shop until you've built a proper working app and then sign up customers.
I ordered a book three weeks ago. I received confirmation of my order. I mailed them twice to confirm availability but have had no response other than when I am going to pay for the order. I paid two weeks ago and have not received any confirmation, correspondence or reply from them.
Best online shopping experience I've ever had. Very quick service and I was kept informed. Opened account, ordered late Monday night, had my order, in a small town, by Wednesday morning.

I delivered a machine in perfect working order on 29 Jan 2016 only requesting a door seal replacement and general service. Now 6 months and 19 e-mails later I have not received it back. Chris and Kyle hide behind a call center which has nothing to do with them and dont answer calls or mails. Before doing business with these guys do yourself a favour and go check out their home garage where they operate from and ask yourself if you really should be paying them any money. Comparing their backyard/s****heap operation to their flashy website and internet adverti*****ts will stop you from making that deposit payment.
