HORRIBLE SERVICE
<p>What a horrible experience! I asked for them to come out and give us costing for our company's windows for insurance purposes, and I have phoned them numerous times to ask where the quote is (as I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks) and just got screamed at by the owner (I think) about being on his case! HE EVEN TOLD ME TO SHUT UP, when I tried to explain the situation calmly to him. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!</p>

Billing me for what?
<p>I have just found a R19.99 fee on my edgars account and don't even know what this is for, as I never agreed to it. I have tried to phone RMCS numerous times with no response. I want a full refund for this.</p> <p>I am disgusted that a company just charge you for something when you have not given them permission, and I must say I am disgusted with Edgars for allowing this. Closing my account.</p>
