I purchased a second hand fridge from BITS AND BOLTS almost a year ago. From day 1 the fridge did not make cold and the freezer froze up that the door could not close. The shop where I bought it said they do not do refunds, and the technicians from Andys has been in and out of my house. AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED! last time it went in, it came back without one of my freezer drawers, this has been months now! They simply put their hands up in the air and say there's nothing more they can do. Every month I loose money as I need to throw away food due to not making cold and unfreezing. WORST SERVICE EVER! Never use ANDYS or Buy from BITS AND BOLTS!
<p>As we walked into fishaway the staff was lying with their arms on the counter. We were not greated and it was very difficult to place our order with the staff as they did not understand us. Explained wanted one deep fried fish meal and one grilled. We had to tell her how many times what we want and she was not friendly at all. Once we finally placed order which she did not even confirm with us, we had evil stares while waiting for the take away. Once the order was finished it was all wrong! She did not even place the second fish which we tried to explain to her for 10min. Very disappointed in the staff and management how can you put someone to take your orders who does not know what's going on or understand. We will never go back to fish aways blue water Bay. We normally go to Lorraine and I must advise even there the service is not wonderful. Someone management needs to have a sit down, as if this continues we will never go to any fishaways again</p> <p> </p>
<p>Reps call me for business, they sell me deals , latest specials. I take deals, a month later they call you to tell you you paid short. But then they charged you the normal rate and not the special you took over phone... This happend every time. I will never use their services again. </p>
