I have a long relationship with Fourways Auto Tech for a very long time since their days at Cedar. I took my car for a yearly service on Tuesday 28 May 19. They discovered that my rear left shock was leaking and needed to be replaced. The same people replaced them in August 18 and all they needed was to replace them as they were still under warranty. It took a while before they agreed to replaced the leaking one. What got me frustrated is the non existent of customer care. I suggest that Mike and Andrew provide customer care training to their staff. As for me, I will never set my foot there again
