<p>I posted my my assignment on the 29 of June 2016 to date I have not received any feedback. I keep being sent from pillar to post.</p> <p>On the 22 Aughust I called to do a follow up only then I was told that the exam department has not received any assignment. I spoke to a male who promised that they will escalete the matter and get back to me within 48hrs. on the 15th of September 2016 I called the department and my call was received by a lady called Sharon who confirmed that my enquiry was indeed escalated on the 22 Aug 2016 to the exam dept. but they have not had any response with the department yet. It puzzles me that if the enquiry was done on the 22 aug and no feedback from the exam dept as yet, why is it that no further follow ups were made by the student service dept again. And it had to take me to call and find out that nothing was done about my enquiry. None the less, after probing Sharon she mensioned that my assignment was only received on the 15th of Aug and it takes 30 days for everything to be done and for me to get my results. by then 15 of Sept not to mension that I still have not received results nor correspondence after 30 days. Sharon also mensioned to me that the reason for my assignment reaching the dept on the 15th of Aug was because of the post office strike. I called the post office and the post office confirmed to me that the assisgnment reached its destination on the 4th of July 2016 and was collected by a person named BRIAN JEFFERYS. Why is it that your department is not being honest about what is really happening to my assignment. After speaking to Sharon I called the department and spoke to a person who decided that she will drop the phone on me when I requested to speak to Sharon. The staff there is realy giving a bad impression of the company especially after the agony I am going through. Not to even mension the service she gave me was poor and appaulling. i called again today the 19/09/2016 and my call was recieved by a lady called Monique August who the gave me totally different in fo to what i had recieved initial. today they said my assisgnment was only recieved on the 25/08/2016 and theres a 30days turn around time. it seems like every day i call them the dates seem to be shifting for their convinience and yet at the same time im being made a yet they debit every single month. i sent an email to the complaints dept on the 15/09/2016 and there turn around time is 48hrs but todate i still have not heard anything from them.</p> <p>im even scared of continuing to study with them because all they do is rob people. such bad service i have recieved from this institution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly advise what happened to my assisgnment or are you guys crooking desperate students who just want education like me. I cant be paying school fees and not get anything for it.</p> <p>I am willing to take this up as far as I can because I cant keep being sent from pillar to post</p> <p> </p>
<p>on the 25-07-2016 i had a debit order coming off my account with the reference number 9200akmm3141. upon my investigation i found out that it was a company called PAYTOZA which is now RETRIEVER FINTECH. i called the company and they said that they are debiting on behalf of a company called AKMARKETING. i requested to speak to a supervisor/manager and the consultant by the name of LUCIA dropped the call on me. i called back and they gave me contact details for AKMARKETING.i contacted them and spoke to a consultant who was not really keen on helping and answering my questions by the name of AYANDA. i probed to get info as to who gave them authority to debit my account. seeing that i was was not getting anywhere with her i requested to speak to her supervisor or manager. she then refered me to a lady who claims to be MELISSA PILLAY. She did not give me any tangable answers. i then asked her who the director of the company is. at first she said she didnt know she's just an employee. later in the conversation after probing she then said its ADRIAN PERUMAL. i requested for his contact and she told me that he is not available but later on in the conversation she gave me his/her number ********** 978. i then asked her who she reports to and she said to me she reports to the same ADRIAN PERUMAL who is her director that she didnt know at first. the conversation ended without any solid resolution all they told me that they will get back to me after 14- 16 days which i feel this is ridiculous. im appalled by the service i recieved and frankly disgusted at how they would defraud me and still expect me to wait that long for the matter to be resolve. i have never heard of the company let alone have had dealings with it therefore i need my money back.</p>
