Ordered a used iPhone 13 Pro Max. First time I have bought through Apple Merchant. The phone arrived via Courier Guy in 3-4 days, it came from Centurion to Cape Town. Phone looked brand new and booted up and downloaded from the cloud just like a new one. Very happy and will be doing the same and buying a refurbished MacBook Air shortly. thanks Apple Merchant.

'SORRY FOR THE INCOVENIENCE'!!
<p>We recently had a burglary at our new home and I put a claim in only to be told they cannot process as it is not at the address they have on file....tch. tch.....tch. I then found my mails informing them of said change AND the team leader asking a specific person to action. I then get a mail back saying they will now entertain the clam. AND. 'Sorry for the inconvenience' .Areyou kidding me. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!! What kind of response is that after telling your customer to go take a hike. Have had other problems in the past fighting and fighting been ignored and with me eventually giving up and out of the blue 12 months later someThings get settled. Let's see how we progress and I will update on the progress. </p>
