<p>I have been trying to get FNB to migrate my SIM card from contract to prepaid since October and nothing has been done. When I call the call center, the agents blame each other for the mess up. They advised that it should take 30 days and every month I'm given a different story. I can't port out because apparently you can't port out without FNB doing this. I've been very patient with FNB Connect, their network doesn't work at all in Newcastle I had to buy an additional phone so I use a different number when I visit home from Johannesburg. I'm so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from FNB and I sure will not recommend their service to anyone. </p>
<p>I would like to warn anyone trying to get assistance from these people.I ordered my assignment pack on the 15th of August, I stull have not received it while they claim that it becomes available immediately on your email as pdf. I called so many times and emailed countless times, no one is willing to assist and I have paid almost a thousand rands for this assignment pack, I wish UNISA would check the credibility ofthese companies before recomending them to students. </p>
<p>i have been trying to port out of FNB Connect because of their ever problematic network problems. A request to port has been sent to them but they don't respond. I have been trying for months now. Would somebody please contact me I am very frustrated. </p> <p> </p>
