Excellent online service, reliable delivery and good prices for contact lenses. Highly recommended

Shocking online service
<p>Placed an order on 1st July and paid by EFT. Received a phone call one whole week later saying the majority of items were out of stock and I would be refunded. I have written numerous emails to their online service which generates an automatic promise to respond within 48 hours and never follow through with that promise. Almost one month later I have not still not had the refund. This is appalling service all round and I would warn people against using their online facility.</p>
