My Cellphone was damaged 2 weeks ago on a weekend and the claim lodged immediately on the app with details of what had happened As my phone is used for business use i explained that I could not send the phone away for repairs and issued a quote for my own supplier The email correspondence between the claims handler and naked insurance is to say the least appalling its as if the receive an email and respond without actually reading what you are trying to convey They also did not explain upfront that as their service provider was not available in my area that a,virtual consult was possible Yesterday morning I had to have my phone repaired at my own cost while i explained this them they still went to explain processes that were now pointless to me I have since canceled my insurance and withdrew my claim as well as the utter frustration and incompetence in handling my claim have put me well off Naked insurance

Hi I am not sure were else to report this but the following website is fake : https://www.ryderwearsouthafrica.com/ They are in no way affiliated or part of RyderWear in australia I have confirmed this with the head office instead they are scamming people out of their money for online purchases once you pay for the item you get locked out of the wensite and resetting your password is futile there is also Know way to contact them except for an online request form that there is no response to. Last week saturday , i made a payment into my newly formed discovery account via a checkers money market- this was after the teller confirmed that they accepted payments into discovery bank , once no deposit had cleared into my account i went back to checkers who asked me to contact my bank on calling discovery they said they do not accept payments from checkers and to go back and ask for a refund Checkers then put a missing payments enquiry , discovery had said they cannot assist Today checkers (whose negligence incited this whole issue) has reported that their financial services provider paid my money back into the card and to contact discovery On doing this I was informed discovery that they have no payment reflecting and I should go back to checkers Let me say its been a week later and checkers has tried to assist but discovery has been of absolutely no use , as a client of another bank i can say that the service has been beyond poor with no regard for the client or their finances With the only feedback being - go back to checkers , if this money was paid into the card by checkers service provider who is standard bank why can discovery not locate or investigate this matter? I am a client of discovery medical aid over 6 years and receive excellent service from them , therefore i opened a bank account , but the service of the banking sector has left me appalled IS MY MONEY GONE UP IN SMOKE ? OR SITTING IN SPACE SOMEWHERE ? I fully intend to cancel of this account once this matter is resolved disgusted, disapointed and at a loss due to being put into a financial loss due to this matter

On Saturday the 23/01/2020 I made went to the checker amajuba mall in Newcastle I asked the teller if they accepted Discovery bank deposits they agreed that they did and proceeded to take the deposit of R 1200 The money 2 hours later did not reflect in my account I then called discovery bank who said that they are not affiliated with checkers for payment deposits and I am to get a refund from checkers Its been 5 days later and though the admin manager has said they are looking into it I find it unacceptable that a cash deposit can take this long to trace and refund as they have the payment slip details This cash was to be utilized for my medical expenses and has put me in a situation due to negligence on the part of the tellers A complaint was laid on the checkers website as well and the response was that someone will contact me within 24hrs - this was on monday and to date no one form the head office has contacted me . absolutely appalled !
Hi I absolutely disgusted and dissapointed with the appalling service provided by sanlam in conjunction with direct axis It seems when they want to provide a client with a loan they more than willing to assist but when I now want to apply for my retrenchment benefits no can assist me I have sent through my documents as requested to sanlam and have received no feed back since the 25/11/2020 I have spent hours on the phone trying to get some feedback and information on the claim but each and every department cannot not assist and I am then transferred again, The person assisting me over email responds to no questions and pleas for feedback It seems that no one can assist because no has any info regarding my claim yet they have the info to debit my account ????? Shocking !!!!AND POOR SERVICE of no help whatsoever
