I recently bought a Ford EcoSport, lovely car. I later realized one of the door locks does not lock when operated. Clint Johnson assisted me well by giving me step by step means to follow and assisted me very well in resolving the matter very soon with no complications. Thank you!
<p>I bought a Tumble Dryer from "Appliances 24/7" as ADVERTISED by both "Appliances 24/7"(now known as tv and appliances direct) as well as LG south africa with the following specification:</p> <p>1. Undercounter appliance.</p> <p>2. A+++ Energy Rating.</p> <p>3. Specified model as CURRENT with correllating picture indicating the above as well.</p> <p>4. Dimentions were also indicated in specs.</p> <p>This model was ordered, but alas 4 days later the OLD version was delivered that unfortunately has the same model number. I have explicitly asked Mr. Aindow(Owner of appliances 24/7 now known as tv and appliances direct) to indicate on the invoice that I am looking for that model specifying the specific details on the invoice as well.</p> <p>3 weeks later after promises that the order will be rectified I am being told that that specific model only be available in South Africa 2017, but it is still being advertised(slightly more expensive) by all 3 the abovementioned entities(They ammended their websites claiming it is "under construction"). This incorrectly delivered product was promised to be collected and refunded by Thursday(28/07/2016). On Friday(29/07/2016) I called Mr. Naidoo(Who I was referred to by Mr. Aindow in the communication) who would call me back regarding the rectification and logistical error with a new collection date. He never called and still I have to continuously manually orchastrate all the dealings myself remaining dependant on empty promises.</p> <p>Paying that much for a top-of-the-range tumble dryer that I cannot use but standing as a oversized burden in your house is a major inconvenience to anybody, not even to mention how it affects the dynamics of the household with a 2 year old son!</p>
