Despite efforts to communicate the importance of on time delivery and integrity in their commitment to their customers, I was found left in the dump with not a care about the losses we occurred. We contacted the supplier to place our order for the week vai email; we then followed up with a telephone call to confirm receipt of order, and that they agree to collect the goods same day. Being that the company is in the same office Park than us, I also took a walk over to MJV logistics to again confirm that our order was being collected for delivery. The transport company contacted JHB office and again confined the order would be collected and sent. We received an email after 7pm to advise that the order was not collected and that they would follow up with a collection the next day. Due to the nature of our product, from the time it is manufactured to the point of sale; the energy dissipation sees the product lose weight and the quality of the product is affected i.e. we lose money from the time the product leaves the production line. So if there are any delays your loses climb. What really baffles me is that in an economy that is far from safe and perfect, suppliers of service or product seem to compromise the ethics and integrity of good and fare service to their clients. I would strongly recommend that before you decide on a transportation company, do your research or you too may end up with very poor service and frustrated. Price is not everything, and would strongly advise others to reconsider their option in using this type of transportation company. Very very disappointed!!! Regards
<p>As a a company spoken of highly, this is far from the truth. When on their website, they show testimonys that are compelling and attractive however it is the complete opposite. I have experienced nothing but constant battle and frustration with consultants; managers and designer's. They spout out lies about what they have done and say work is nearly complete, and six weeks later we still have no success, they debit your account, more than the contracted amount agreed. My debits were agreed on the package of R499 pm yet they find it okay to debit R998 on odd occasion with no reason to why this is being done. They will apologise always for there lack of service, but it is with no conviction or sincerity for their actions. I will highly NOT recommend tjeir services and hope that more research is done before utilising them.......</p>
