I am very disappointed in the quality of these bottles. I have a 6 week old who would not latch to my nipple and so I have to express and feed through the bottle. I had tommee tippee bottles that I used first and my baby seemed to like these so I went out and bought more. After just 3/4 weeks of using these the writing has started coming off and I cannot see the ml measurements that I need to use. I have to supplement my breast milk with 20/30ml formula but now i'm struggling to measure this using the writing on the bottle which is extremely disappointing as these are very expensive bottles and my baby only takes to these teats. Paying what we do for these bottles one would expect the materials used to make these bottles would be of a good quality to warrant charging what you do. Now I have to use a teas**** to measure because I cannot see the correct ml anymore. I do not scrub the outside of the bottle only a warm wash with some soap so this does not make any sense.

I went online to get a quote for pet insurance and after seeing a few I decided to think about it again at a later stage. Good Day, I deposited cash into the FNB ATM 27 September 2017 and it retained R200. I went into the branch to report this and was assured I would receive a phone call from their custodian and be returned my money. This did not happen, so the following week I went back to the branch and the same consultant assured he would look into it. Then again I received no response or anything. Its been 2 weeks now and I have not received the funds. This is R200 that was retained from me? This money belongs to me and not the bank so I don't understand why it is taking so long for FNB to pay this back?? This is essentially theft and I would like an immediate refund. I have also been a loyal customer for a decade (probably more) and this is the service I get? Unacceptable FNB.
<p>Good Day, I emailed PNP a month ago on their customer service email provided and received no response. i then posted on Hello Peter and received an automated response 3 weeks ago and have still not received a response. it seems that PNP don't really take any customer messages seriously be it a complaint, query or request. it is really sad that you treat your loyal customers like fools because responding and trying to keep us happy is just a waste of time for you? I find this unacceptable. A simple request cannot even be responded too, something that would take 2 minutes to resolve. </p>
<p>Good Day, It seems the only way I will get a response from Pick N Pay is through Hello Peter, so here I am again. I was overcharged for a sale item and so emailed through the customer service option online as is instructed on the site. I still havent received any feedback. I didnt complain I just wantd to be refunded for the difference on my Smart Shopper Card. I have pictures and the till slip to prove all this. Its really frustrating that the noreply email you get when submitting your request says shortly or as soon as possible but then over a week later still nothing. Surely there are customer services agents appointed to these emails? Can someone at Pick n Pay please just respond to my request, it really isnt alot to ask. Thank you. </p>
