Placed an order on the 27th November. Still haven't got it! First it was just late and no reply. Then I get a call from their supplier saying they sent the wrong item and I must take it and they will givee the correct one I said no! I want the item I ordered Then the courier company has a breakdown and my order is not moved for days I call to enquire why and no one can get thru to the cpt office or knows the address. 2 more days pass even oneday only can't reply to me on where my order is I had sent numerous emails to them Call the courier again and still can't get any answers only after swearing do they put me thru to someone in cpt. She says I'll get right back to u today. A full 24 hrs go by and nothing In the meantime onedayonly is not replying at all haven't received and info from them regarding my package I call the couriers again and they say oh it's sitting in the floor. So they never moved it at all until I called. So I got angry and emailed onedayonly saying I want my refund. No reply only auto mated messages. Frustrating!!!! I knew however whatever they were going to send was the wrong package they supplier told me They send the package even after I asked it me checked. It was wrong so it sent it back Now onedayonly is asking me for pix of the item which I don't have cos it was sent back. I signed a form saying wrong item. And since then I have no refund no item no replies. Most disgusting service I ever had.
<p>I bought a group on voucher for a service. They then informed me that my brakes needed changing so i said okay do it. The next day the car was screeching bad. So i called and told them. They said it was normal. So i waited a week. And took it in. They did something. But said they couldn't find anything wrong this went on for two months me in every other week until they asked an independent person to look at it. Still nothing. 6 months in weatherking finally discovers theres no pins. That usually come with the brakes that cost me an arm and a leg. So i had to order pins and pay. But still there was a noise. They advised i change my shocks so i did. Cost alot! but the car was feeling awful and and grinding screeching! Finally while driving back from pmb my brakes failed! I took it back because thankfully i didn't die. Again they found nothing wrong. Last night driving back from sibiya the brakes failed again. I told them in taking it to someone who knows brakes and if the brakes they fitted are damaged cos of poor fitment i want a refund as the yrs guarantee was not up. They said it's not their policy to do especially of i take it somewhere else. I think they are poor in diagnosing problems and solving them. The service fleets and i feel don't pay attention to the individual cars which come in. I must have been back to them 18+ times with not a single issue solved. And having almost died twice for to failing brakes that they fitted 8 months ago! in so disappointed that a company can be so negligent. </p>
