Terrible customer service

<p>My son wanted to buy a BB gun. He saved up his money the whole year for this item. I took him to panorama crossing flea market specially to buy his gun from what seemed to be a reputable store where I have purchased previously. He finally found what he wanted and a new one was given to the till from the back to pay for it. In the mean time I spoke to the lady regards other items. We paid and left. 2 hours later when we got home, he was all excited and opened the pa k only to realise it was the wrong BB gun. I immediately called the number on the slip to tell the lady that they gave us the incorrect item. She insisted that due to him opening the plastic wrapper we cannot swap it out. It was not even used and we were given the incorrect item. She plainly refused. Stealing from a child. you just broke all his trust. </p>
