utterly appalled at refusal to refund money due to their incompetence

<p>I paid close to R10,000 for Wizard Training hosted by T Harv Ecker and after NUMEROUS requests to give me another date for this training, which I was ignored on, I now request a refund and they advise no refund due to the time. Surely paying close to 10000 rand shows my commitment and willingness to attend this training however the incompetence of simply giving me the client the date has qualified that I demand a refund. Keeping my money must surely be illegal if you have not done what is required from you. Also not getting a response to an email is extremely rude.</p>
