Refund - oneday?
l had booked for the 2026 Millionaire Mind Intensive and l was not able to attend. l cancelled within the 14 day grace periode and l have, after more than twenty messages, emails and SMS's, still not recieved my refund. l had one lady, Olivia try help me but they did not even reply to her corresponding email asking to give me an update. it is now a month without a single reply...

Dishonest false asvertising
I paid R1000 ticket to see Robert Kiyosaki at the recent NAC South Africa event. We only got to see Robert for 30 minutes on day 1 and another 30 minutes on day 2. The rest of the time we had other speakers trying to sell us there programs. From 9am to 7pm sitting through sales pitch after sales pitch. It was grueling. I sent an email asking for a refund as they event was nothing like it was advertised and they still have not gotten back to me date. Very dishonest

Scam! Non-existent customer service
The worst. Customer service sucks. The would promise you the world but in the end rob you of your money. No cancelation or postponement possible. They owe me a lot of money. Scam!!! Avoid them in any case.

Horrible Service, over 3 month wait for refund. Ridiculous service
I have been waiting more 92 Working days for a refund (still not paid) that were only done because of poor internal communication. They don't record or note communication that was done via the telephone, mix up arrangements, don't respond on mails, don't return calls, mislead, accuse me of making up correspondence from their office and provide horrific customer service in general. Appalled at an international company operating like this.

Haven’t received refund
I paid a deposit for the Robin Banks mind power program and I couldn’t attend anymore so I requested a refund after 3 days of paying. According to their policy they say they refund your deposit within 30 business days after requesting it. The 30 days have passed and I still haven’t received my refund

Poor Communication for refund
What will it take to get the communication up to standard again at Success Resources? I did not attend 2 of my Quantum Leap program you sold to me and now you stall on the refund. I spoke to Anthony and Colleen but still no response. Should I try Social Media to get an answer. Your service levels are pathetic to say the least.

total scam
<p>This company is a total and complete scam. The 'customer service' employees are rude and condescending. My partner and I tried to get a refund on a purchase and it has taken six weeks and they are still plying dumb and acting like we haven't provided them with the appropriate information, which we have done twice. I frustrated, angry and shocked by the complete lack of communication and customer service. We have and emailed many times with no response. After leaving countless emails and providing all of the requested infomration we received the following rude email:</p> <p>We have received your emails and your phone messages.<br />We have answered you in regards to the status of your refund.<br />If we do not respond to all of your emails or voicemails, it is because we do not have NEW information on the status of your refund.<br />Your cancellation is now in the hands of our Accounting Department. They refund in the order they are received.<br />Excessive emails and voicemails do slow down the process of your refund as well as the refunds of others.</p> <p>We are in receipt of your cancellation and have all of the information to process it. utterly appalled at refusal to refund money due to their incompetence
<p>I paid close to R10,000 for Wizard Training hosted by T Harv Ecker and after NUMEROUS requests to give me another date for this training, which I was ignored on, I now request a refund and they advise no refund due to the time. Surely paying close to 10000 rand shows my commitment and willingness to attend this training however the incompetence of simply giving me the client the date has qualified that I demand a refund. Keeping my money must surely be illegal if you have not done what is required from you. Also not getting a response to an email is extremely rude.</p>
