I paid a deposit for the Robin Banks mind power program and I couldn’t attend anymore so I requested a refund after 3 days of paying. According to their policy they say they refund your deposit within 30 business days after requesting it. The 30 days have passed and I still haven’t received my refund
I experienced a lot of ****roaches in the bus coach and the sits don’t smell okay. The buses need cleaning
<p>I took my car to KIA randburg on malibongwe drive to get a central locking system installed on 18 July 2017. The KIA rep told me it would take a day to install the system and that the car will be available later that day. Around 3:30 pm I got a call to say that my car was not ready, that I should collect it the next day. On 19 July 2017 I went to collect the car and on inspection of it I noticed there was a big dent and scratches on the right hand side of back passenger car that were not there when I brought in the car. I informed the KIA rep, who said he was a workshop manager and he initially claimed that I had brought in the car like that which was not true. The rep said he would check camera footage to establish when and where the car was dented and so we agreed that I would leave my car until this whole mess is fixed. He told me that he would call me the next day after he had checked the footage. On 20 July 2017 the rep phoned me to notify me that he won't fix my car. <br /> <br />I still haven't fetched my car as I kept it there as evidence that it was dented at the dealer. As a result I don't have car to drive and the rep declined to give me a courtesy car.</p> <p>Please help<br />Brian Kabini </p>
<p>I went to an FNB ATM on Sunday 20 March 2017 in Temba, Hammanskraal to deposit money into my credit card account as a payment was due to be made. I inserted R1 500.00 into the ATM and it failed to deposit the money into my account, with the machine generating a slip indicating that " your cash deposit was unsuccessful". The ATM did not return the cash I put in to it. After phoning the FNB helpline I was instructed to visit the branch next to the ATM the next day on Monday 21 March 2017.</p> <p>I visited the branch and I filled the necessary forms to get refunded the money I lost. I was told by the FNB consultant that the money will be refunded to me within 7 days. 7 days passed and I did not receive the refund. I went back to the FNB branch on Friday 31 March 2017 and I was notified that the process of the refund is still in progress. The consultant asserted me that he would phone me before 11am the next day on Saturday to update me on the progress of the matter and on the next day he failed to do so as he promised.</p> <p>Presently I haven't been refunded the money and as a result I have defaulted on making payment to my credit card account which was due on 23 March 2017. This may have negative effects on my credit record.</p> <p>Please assist me as this has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me.</p> <p> </p>
