I have been waiting more 92 Working days for a refund (still not paid) that were only done because of poor internal communication. They don't record or note communication that was done via the telephone, mix up arrangements, don't respond on mails, don't return calls, mislead, accuse me of making up correspondence from their office and provide horrific customer service in general. Appalled at an international company operating like this.
I have submitted a claim on the 19th of November. After a finger pointing session between MTN Insurance and MTN Fourways store I took the phone in to the repair centre myself. I still have no progress to report other that an email apologizing for a 5 day delay and that was more that 13 days ago.
Every time I phone the call Centre I get different advice that seems to be incorrect the next time I phone to follow up on a query. I have paid a humongous amount towards a self-payment gap and every time there is some or other reason they cannot consider it for my self payment gap after I followed the instructions/advice given by a call center adviser. On a few different occasions the line is dropped and no one will return the call, when I phone back with a name only the person can never be reached and I have to start all over again with my inquiry. <br> <br> I can not deal with this any longer and need to change my medical aid because I just feel so helpless
I logged a claim at MTN Fourways for a broken device. I was advised that they will collect the device in order to fix it and return it within a week. They haven't even reacted in 6 days!! The call center doesn't answer any calls and MTN Fourways doesn't return calls when I tried following up with them multiple times over the last few days. SO disappointing, I was assured they were excellent and I have been stuck waiting! I am unable to even use my mobile.
