I had a terrible experience at the new Food *****s in Tzaneen. Some of the staff are definitely not trained to support customer service. The biltong kiosk and lady working at the pricing of the buns and doughnuts gave your shop a bad name.
We had a very bad experience with service with Crawdaddys in Tzaneen. We waited an hour and a half for food, then left. We paid our drinks, which were minimal as the waitress didn’t even come around. Terrible, terrible!!!!!!!!!
Mooirivier Mall’s Ster-kinekor is a big disappointment! We booked a movie, Marked men, which was said online will start at 18:00. We wanted to sit down at 17:50 but was told by the guy who scanned the ticket, that the movie will only start at 18:20. We told him what is the time online. He just kept on saying 18:20. We left. Returned and sat down 18:15. The movie was already playing. We asked our money back. The employees of Ster-kinekor Mooirivier Mall are of no use! The one guy was calling me mama all the time, its disrespectful!!!!!! I’m not his mom. We left without our money or seeing the movie!!!!! Terrible if 2 tickets cost R179,80!!!
Terrible experience with online shopping. I placed and paid my order on 9/12/23, then received an email on 11/12/23 to let me know that they didn’t accept my order and that I will receive a refund. Still no refund! I sent an email on 18/12/23 asking about my refund, they just ignore me. Will never support again!
We bought pool loungers from Cielo, it was said that it’s made of weather resistant PE Rattan. It’s not even in use for 2 years and are cracked up, and unusable. I logged a complaint, missed the call, but I phoned back. The lady who phoned me did not want to speak to me and said she sent an email. In the email she said there’s only a 12 month warranty and we should phone Cane world. I sent an email back and asked why Cane world, still no answer!! Our pool loungers are not made of cane, but ******* plastic rattan.
I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at Sterkinekor Bloemfontein!!! I bought and payed for 4 ticket to watch Vuilwasgoed. Firstly, the lady, Dintle Malahle, showed extreme attitude, when I wanted my tickets. She told me that my children weren’t allowed to watch Vuilwasgoed. She refused to give my tickets, which cost R244. I asked to speak to the manager, Kagiso Madona, he also did not want to give my tickets! I want a refund for my tickets as we were not allowed to watch the movie! Kagiso suggested they watch a movie on their own, but it already started! He suggested that they watch the end of the said movie and then, when it starts again, they watch the end. I am not going to leave my children alone without anyone watching them, while me and my husband watch another movie. Next time I will rather wait for a movie, and then watch it on Boxoffice!!!! R244 waisted!!!!!
<p>I did my upgrade today at MTN at Tzaneen lifestyle centre, was helped by Dorcas. She is totally unsuitable for the job. She kept on interrupting me while I try to speak, she refused to help further when I queried sms's and asked about my insurance on the phone. She then helped other people while she was still busy with me. She discussed me with her other clients while I was standing at her desk. When she was finished with them, took her purse and walked out of the shop, totally ignoring me. She had me in tears. The manager helped me further. She came back into the shop and ignored me. If she is a representative of MTN, then its definitely not where I want to be. I will never go back to that shop ad long as she is there!</p>
I logged a enquiry about bad signal on 22/2 already. I was told that someone will phone me within 10 days. Nobody did. I phoned the signal enquiry line this morning, and experienced terrible service! First I spoke to Rubin, he was rude and irritated as he could not trace my enquiry. I phoned again and spoke to another male, he asked me to explain my problem. I told him that I was struggling with signal for my phone and modem. I said to him that I am paying R600- 700 for a modem without any coverage. He immediately replied that he is not interested in what I am paying, and that I should explain my problem. Again I told him that I was busy explaining my problem, where I asked his name. He immediately put me on hold. I did not put down as I realised that he did this not to talk to me any further. I stayed connected for another 20 minutes, where he kept me on hold. I phoned from another phone and was told by a lady that Rubin handed my enquiry over to Andy. If this is the way that mtn treats a signal problem, then I really dont want to be part of mtn anymore. The people are rude and totally unhelpfull and doesn't matter about signal, as long as they receive their money!!! Terrible!!
I sent through a complaint a week ago, about pricing issues in the Delmas branch. I received no response of any kind from Pnp. My complaint was about the pricing that is always wrong in the Delmas shop. Even if it is advertised in the catalogue, you are stil overcharged by R50. But if Pnp can't respond to a complaint online, then I am sure Mr Ackermans accept these kind of problems instore.
I am extremely unhappy with Truworths. I think that Truworths has no customer service! I sent through a complaint on 10 Dec, and still did not receive any feedback of any kind. My complaint was about service in Menlyn, but it looks like the whole of Truworths lack customer service.
