Bad service!!!! not even worth one star
very bad service! ordered and paid on 3rd of Jan and never received my goods! even the few emails they send to say they "working" on the order stopped almost 2 weeks!! bad, bad service and i doubted to send a payment and decided to try them out but it was a mistake.

Car care clinic Randfontein- bad service!!!!!
also not even 1 star! we took our BMW to the one in Randfontein -they did diagnostic's and "fixed" the car for R7000 -NEEDLESS TO SAY I SPENT ANOHER 10,000 as the issues was not solved. Take your car to reputable dealers that know how to fix your model car and get a guarantee!

BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!AND BAD CARS!!!!
I DONT THINK THEY CAN EVEN BE RATED ONE STAR!!! SERVICE IS BAD WE BOUGHT A CAR VERY EXPENSIVE -ONLY TO FIND MANY DEFECTS ON THE CAR AFTER A WEEK!!!! WE CONTACTED THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE T&C'S STATE CARS ARE BOUGHT AS IS.. SO YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN AS THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBITLY FOR ANY MAJOR ISSUES- I HAVE SPENT OVER 20K TO TRY AND FIX THE CAR BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED SOMEWHERE. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEM.

BAD SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE!!!
I Bought goods on 18.12.2023 received it in January and i tried to return dresses that was poorly made evening dresses that looked nothing like the pics! and girls dresses that i purchased was of bad quality- when i tried to return the dresses it kept asking to upload pics when the pic was next to the item, i tried to save the pics but could not and couldn't return the goods for a credit to my account to purchase other goods! i was very disappointed as i emailed them several times but to date have not received a reply and the 30 day return policy is into play!! what a terrible customer services... i suggest they find someone in South Africa to handle returns and pay that person!
