Badly done new Screed Floors
I am in the process of taking legal action against this company. I paid +_ R 200 000 for screed floors which did not come out at all. Its not been even a year since they put my floors but they are cracking badly and loosing colour. Zonika Flick and Sean Liebenberg were the main contractors and we gave them a turn key project to do our floors. I have written numerous e mails to the company and till today (2018/10/09) nothing has been done. They have been just rude over the phone or don't pick up my calls.They just say its the material and they will check with there manufactures and they play cat and mouse games with me. Then they blame our builders whom they were working with. Its one excuse after another. They have refused fix the very expensive floors they charged me. They worked on my floors from the beginning to the end and now they are saying I should just pay for new floors. I am leaving in a house with cracked Floors. They also did my water proofing for the whole house and till today I have not received the 10 years guarantee certificate they promised me. Please those that want screed floors go to big well known companies. Its a lesson learnt and would not want to wish this on anyone. I wish I could publish pictures of the work they did. They are horrific pictures!

Negative attitude while been served
I went to the butchery to buy meat. The man serving me started giving me nasty fatty pieces he put aside from the previous client because they were small and fatty. I refused them and I asked him to give me other types of chops which he told me with an attitude that they were more expensive. He was so irritated and started banging on the display counter and throwing the meat back . Like he wanted to beat on something to release his anger. My 3 kids were so scared and I decided to leave him and his service. I asked the other scared staff members who the manager was because I was confused too. They told me that he was the manager. He later came back to me and told me with an irritated voice that I don't know what I want. I responded that I don't want to be served by him and all the other staff members refused to serve me. The fact that all the other butchers were white and they all refused to serve me, I really felt discriminated against. It was really the worded service I have received in my life and will definitely not be able to set foot in that place. I am still scared.
