I gave notice to Blue Hawks that I was moving, contacted the sales rep and my contract was taken over by the new owner of the house. The accounts department was informed by the sales rep but my account has now been debited two months in a row despite having ticked all the boxes. I have contacted the sales rep and was told that the accounts department would contact me but the silence is deafening. This is incompetence at it's best!

<p>For a couple of years this has irritated me and I should have complained before today but better late than never.</p> <p>The quality of your "reusable" white shopping bags is disgusting!</p> <p>They split on the bottom at the joins for nothing and they tear at the drop of a hat. Yesterday I paid for TWO bags which were doubled up to make sure my groceries did not land on the ground along with bottle wine I had bought.</p> <p>Spar bags, Food Lovers bags, Woolies bags are all REUSABLE because they are of a quality that does not tear and break for nothing.</p> <p>You need to look at a new supplier if you are serious about the environment and reducing plastic waste! Your plastic bags area joke.</p>
