Harassment - Remember Mgiba - Links Field Hike.
What an unpleasant interaction with one of your security guards by the name of Remember Mgiba, On the 18 January 2026, I took my family for a hike in Link's field. As soon as we parked we were approached by an angry man whom we later learned that his name if Remember Mgiba. The man said we cannot go up hiking if we are going to be praying, that was on its own a very alarming and so we asked, are you saying in this hiking place no one is allowed to speak to God and he confirmed Yes. Proceeded on our hike because what he had just said did not make sense, for 1 a person goes on a hike to be one with nature, meaning to be one with God. Once we were down as soon as we got to the car, his car came speeding and he came out the car all charged up and said " I told you not to pray" that is when I felt obligated to ask him to stop harassing us and monitoring and that we were going to lay a complaint against him. He was oky with us reporting his behavior because he was given a specific instructions not to let people pray and that black people came on a hike to pray and white people come to a hiking site to walk. Basically this man judged us based on our skin colour and harassed us because of us being black. Speaking to this man of such anger and ego in an not busy area I felt me and my family are not safe considering I am with my daughter as well. Remember Mgiba is not capable of dealing with the public especially woman, he discriminated against us based on our colour,harassed us making the hike not peaceful, monitoring our movement, verbally abused us. The words he used with us were extremely vulgar. Please take note that while this was happening there was another group of hikers ( male dominated and white)that he never approached. They were never asked what is the purpose of their hike. They were never monitored. For a security company this guard is definitely an unsafe person to deal with.

Late to make payments
I think that they should be looked at very carefully due to that fact that they make false promises from their HRDepartment, they where se pose to pay money out to me on the 30/11/2024 when asked about it they said on the 7/12/2024. The 7th has come and gone no money was paid onto my account so what are they going to do about this now ? I guess they are going to make another false promise again . They have food and that to eat , i dont i work alone and needed that money they owed me.

Not payingbthe correct amount to taxes
They keep your moneybyou worked for and then they still short pay your taxes then they still keep the rest of your money theu owe you when you give back their uniform ,dont pay out your leave ,or anthingbowedvto you

HR failing to provide UI19 forms and payslips after contract termination. .
2months after termination of contract company still refusing to provide me with payslips and UI19 forms....I'm starting to wonder if they are compliant with labour regulations.Was on a 3months contract got salary without payslips for 3 consecutive months and now no documents after termination of contract.

Bluehawk Tactical pay what's due to me,fly by night in disguise
I was on the 3months fixed contract as a Tactical officer with agreed salary of 11k a month,I never received any payslip for 3months.Today HR by the name Marisky forward my payslip showing the basic of 7.5k which is not what we agreed on and she insist they owe me nothing. And it's not only payment, the working condition too,I was forced to work at mine shafts without ppe and medicals.Sometimes I would be posted on guards posts to relieve them yet I'm a Tactical officer and expected to do security guards duty carrying a Tactical rifle. I just need my salary with the basic we agreed upon.

Slack Accounts Department!
I gave notice to Blue Hawks that I was moving, contacted the sales rep and my contract was taken over by the new owner of the house. The accounts department was informed by the sales rep but my account has now been debited two months in a row despite having ticked all the boxes. I have contacted the sales rep and was told that the accounts department would contact me but the silence is deafening. This is incompetence at it's best!
