Harassment - Remember Mgiba - Links Field Hike.
What an unpleasant interaction with one of your security guards by the name of Remember Mgiba, On the 18 January 2026, I took my family for a hike in Link's field. As soon as we parked we were approached by an angry man whom we later learned that his name if Remember Mgiba. The man said we cannot go up hiking if we are going to be praying, that was on its own a very alarming and so we asked, are you saying in this hiking place no one is allowed to speak to God and he confirmed Yes. Proceeded on our hike because what he had just said did not make sense, for 1 a person goes on a hike to be one with nature, meaning to be one with God. Once we were down as soon as we got to the car, his car came speeding and he came out the car all charged up and said " I told you not to pray" that is when I felt obligated to ask him to stop harassing us and monitoring and that we were going to lay a complaint against him. He was oky with us reporting his behavior because he was given a specific instructions not to let people pray and that black people came on a hike to pray and white people come to a hiking site to walk. Basically this man judged us based on our skin colour and harassed us because of us being black. Speaking to this man of such anger and ego in an not busy area I felt me and my family are not safe considering I am with my daughter as well. Remember Mgiba is not capable of dealing with the public especially woman, he discriminated against us based on our colour,harassed us making the hike not peaceful, monitoring our movement, verbally abused us. The words he used with us were extremely vulgar. Please take note that while this was happening there was another group of hikers ( male dominated and white)that he never approached. They were never asked what is the purpose of their hike. They were never monitored. For a security company this guard is definitely an unsafe person to deal with.

Disturbing Service
I called Randburg Coin for information on the gold Krugerrand. Unbelievable, the service is disturbing. Funny enough I was told already that there is a lady who works there and she is extremely rude and want to make sure you understand that you know nothing about this industry. Well just as they said, her behavior was disgusting and I do not wish to deal with them ever again until they get ride of this particular person whom everyone is complaining about.

Bad Service at Outsurance Insurance Company
I changed my insurance last year and started to use Outsurance with a hope that their service is better as they advertise it. Unfortunately not, I have a claim with them since February 2021 for a GWM glass and until today I'm driving a car with no glass, a woman and I have a child I'm driving every single day,they claim de is no GWM right rear glass in the whole of South Africa. no one care at Outsurance, not even their managers,it's just one more claim to them. What they advertise and what they do is totally different

pricing horror
My Mother went to Pick.n Pay on Friday the 20th she bought two 2litres of Stone( cold drinks) because it was written by 2 for R25. When she got to the till she confirmed with the casher and the cashier agreed that she will buy two 2litres of stone ginger with R25 but they made her pay the normal cold drink amount no discount. this really ridicules, that is false advertisement
