If I could, I would give 0 *. They are refusing to refund me for a tour they canceled in June 2020 Of ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT of my own, so I feel they are not entitled to that money.
I am a very, very loyal customer to Woolworths. My groceries are bought there, my favorite brand of clothing is there. All my gifts to friends and family are Woolworths vouchers. I am a genuine loyal customer So I applied for a credit card to build up a credit. With my application in August I attached ALL the correct documentation, INCLUDING 3 months certified payslips,(May, June, July) 3 months stamped bank statements (May-July) AND a rental agreement. Quite a couple of days past before I got a reply and all of a sudden documents were missing. That is fine, things like that happens, so I emailed after telling the lady on the phone Ill do so. In this last month I must have been called nearly 10 times with the same request after I emailed my missing documents after every single phonecall and sms. I counted, ive emailed it 7 times. I even received an sms confirming that they received it. Then all of a sudden its the wrong slips, o i emailed it again after literally being harasses with phonecalls during teachinghours. Again, that's fine, things like that happens. But when I received a call AGAIN today saying I need to email my payslips, I decided right then and there that i no longer want to d business with a place that can not even read emails. I told the lady over the phone to please delete m application, because this is seriously unprofessional and annoying and i no longer trust Woolworths to be up to standard. Really now, how hard can it be?! VERY UNHAPPY customer Miss. Viljoen
