Zakhele, gave me amazing service and made sure i made very informed service. Didn't know there is this much to know about beds. 5 star service through and through.
Lancet Mokopane, gave the worst service ever over the weekend. They had one person working alone, the queue taking long, the phone ring off the hook and deliveries needing to be attended. We were the first 4 on the queue but for COVID test we were the last to leave. Got to Lancet at 08:10 and only got helped at 12:30, mind you I was fourth on the queue. They could have had at least two people working.
<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a tenat at one of Ronmark's flats at west park, my flat is call Haakdoring. Since the new metering sytems have been put in place my bill has gone from 400 a month to R2200 a month. This is not only happening to my flat but other tenants on the row of flats managed by RonMark at west park. We have tried to rise our grievance with the managed but they tell us if we don't like it we must leave. We don't even have a meter in the flat, we just get an sms saying you power is now low and then the power goes off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel we are being exploted and I will be leave the flats soon and advice that anyone looking to rent there ask about the electricity billing.</p>
