<p>So my weekend was coming to am=n end and I decided to grab a nice lamb shank and this place. When I arrived,. there was not a single waiter onsite.I then looked around and found 1 waiter behind the scenes helping another customer. I then went to bet him to be seated and attended to. I was given the menu but luckily I didn't need it as I already knew what I wanted to order. I can only imagine how long it would've taken this waiter to come back if I had not ordered at that second. I received my food and ate it. I was now stuck with an empty plate full of flies when I done eating, frantically looking for a waiter so I can order another glass of wine and dessert. Needless to say he never arrived and after while I decided to stand up and go to the bar area to ask for my bill because at this stage I was already fedup. When I told the bar man how **** the service was, he was very ****y with me saying sorry but mocking me as he kept smiling with the waiter (who suddenly appeared from no where). I then asked him to stop speaking to me as I was getting fedup with attitute. What a way to end my weekend.</p>
<p>Calistos is so silly. They keep charging an extra R5.90 for extra basting when I order chicken for delivery. Whereby the extra basting is free if you sit in. So this morning I decided to call the manager and ask them why this it? she said it's the "franshise rules"?? so stupid and pathetic, There is NO LOGIC to that</p>
<p>Oh so I some of us are usually exposed to bad service and we sort of get used to it-which is very sad. Soooo, I never in my life thought that pick n pay would give me delicious restuarant food. However, I am.seriously addicted to the sushi. BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD. THANKS GUYS...a huge thanks to Brian , Augustina and Muzi( he always remembers my face and favourites, and everytime I walk in I don't have to say a word)</p>
