Poor service
I had a very bad experience with the manager at this shop about 2 weeks ago. i bought a box of 1 litre Robertson dry white wine. when i got home i realized it was water inside so i later returned it only to be insulted by his response to say i must contact the supplier as when i bought it dealt with the supplier. his response was why did i return it 2 hours , i mean really was he expecting me to buy the wine and drink shortly after. since when does a customer need to deal with the retailers suppliers if they were dissatisfied with the product really

Poor Service
I have had a very bad experience with this pick n pay. i went shopping the past Saturday the 30/11/2019. as i expected for it to be full but what is really annoying is the fact that not all the till had staff and the ones who had a person did not have a packer which meant that the till attendant had to also pack which prolonged the queues. i then raised this matter with the manager who said the do not have enough staff. This doesnt make sense with the level of unemployment especially in our black townships and considering that this the busiest season to have this excuse. this is not acceptable.

Expensive and menu disappointing
<p>They over charge for their meals, and for a buffet the selection of foods is very minimum, the desserts were disgusting. Don't bother wasting your time or money. Not worth it.</p>
