This app by Phillips steals your baby's photos and your personal detail! They refuse to return ownership of the photos and information even after several attempts to communicate with them claiming they do not provide customer service for Apps in a third-world country.
This is the worst card terminal system in the world! Don't buy this for your small business! Only 2 weeks after they came and installed the new Dashpay Ingenico device the machine suddenly was not able to go online. We tried phoning, faxing and emailing the company from 09:00 until we gave up after more than 2hours continuously on "hold" eventhough the answering machine even stated "there are currently no calls ahead of you". Their technical support is non-existent, and they lost us thousands of rands in sales in just one day! No small business can suffer this amount of losses without even an explanation!
<p>I tried on 2 separate occasions to book a place in the Kruger Park for my Honeymoon. Each time the call-center agents keep telling me they will phone me back but after a week - NOTHING. This after the first sales lady "Mandy" told me to MOVE MY WEDDING because it falls in peak time! ***?! That is why I tried to book a year in advance! Very poor service from our supposedly "best tourism spot" in South Africa. I will have to tell all my overseas friends to stay away from the park because their service are just like the service in the rest of Africa - hellish!</p>
