I am extremely concerned about the ongoing instability of your service. The frequency of connectivity drops has become alarming and is making it increasingly difficult to maintain a normal and productive workday. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I have no alternative provider due to the exclusive contract your company holds with the estate in which I reside. I urge you to address these issues as a matter of urgency and provide a clear, permanent resolution.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service over the past 24 hours. The internet connection has been repeatedly dropping, staying active for only a minute or two before disconnecting again. This has made it nearly impossible to use the service for any meaningful purpose. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication regarding the cause of this issue or when it will be resolved. As a paying customer, I expect timely updates and reliable service. Unfortunately, due to the exclusive contract my estate has with your company, I do not have the option of switching providers. However, this level of service is unacceptable and far below reasonable standards. I look forward to a prompt response.
This is really ridiculous. AGAIN Screamer has been down from 13:21, 15 October and is still down. We rely on our wifi because we work from home. I am now forced to buy data. I moved into a complex and was forced to take this service provider as they have a contract with the estate. I was with mweb since 2020 and I haven't experienced any issues besides loadshedding. Who will compensate me now for the data that I have been buying. They debit your account in full but don't get credit you for the time that they are always down. This is affecting my work production big time. I wish there was a zero star option.
Worst network ever. Always has connectivity issues. The engineers are always working tirelessly to restore connectivity. Very prompt to install but that's about it!
I bought a 6 seater lisbon gomma gomma set from homechoice in August 2021 and it was not cheap. The foam is starting to pop out everywhere and it seems like on the one seater, there is a cut and join board on the seat, the couches itself are losing their proportion when you sit on them and they just look really ugly, we are even afraid to sit on them as the foam is popping out everywhere. I have contacted homechoice and asked what is the solution and they advised that these couches only has a warranty for one year. How is this possible for the amount I paid and it was not even communicated with me. I am now embarrassed to say that these couches are gomma gomma couches because they were supposed to be of the finest quality, what I received was utter ******* and poor workmanship and after 2 years, definitely seems like reject quality to me. I even had an independent asessor look at the couches and they confirm that these couches I purchased is utter *******. Can Gomma gomma look into this please asap as these couches are getting uglier by the day and Homechoice is of no help.
