HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE TO MY ORDER NOT ARRIVING FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER PAYING FOR 3 DAY COURIER DELIVERY!

<p>I would just like to make others aware of my experience placing an order on the online store of Golden Gecko.co.za of which they do have a physical store as well located in Benoni, JHB East. I had placed an order online and proceeded to checkout after which they sent me an email containing their banking details which i then used to process the payment and i still sent an email thereafter notifying them that it has all been done. I also paid extra to have  the courier option for delivery within 3 days to come directly to my home. Well this was on a Monday and by Thursday i sent an email requesting details regarding the delivery and got no reply so i tried dialling the landline number they have advertised but it doesn't even ring and cuts you off immediately. I then called and emailed again on Friday and after numerous attempts i still get not a single response.  As im writing this it's now Thursday of the next week already and have tried again since Monday to no avail. I am so upset, dissapointed and frustrated at that type of service that i'm in complete shock! I highly doubt i will even be refunded at all.</p>
