Horrible service all way round
Grande Provence sounds so grand but the service is not so grand! We waited 10 minutes to get service and then we actually had to go find someone to help us. Managers walk by but offer no help. Drink orders forgotten, menus not bought when asked for and attendance to the table was not there. Good luck when going to this place!

<p> </p> <p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I logged a complaint on 16/08/2016 regarding my account. 9 days later, 4 follow-ups from my side, I still dont have any feedback. I logged the call in time to get it sorted out before my debit order goes off. It will now go off in 2 days and the problem is still not resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Could someone please get in contact with me so that the correct amount gets debited from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Yours Truly</p> <p>Very disappointed customer!</p>
