Very Bad Public Relations from Mango's side ! I tried booking tickets this weekend, their system kept refreshing itself which meant that i had to re enter the passenger details numerous times. When checking in with all the required permits and documents, it was found with one of the tries I somehow put the full names, ID and tel numbers of the one passengers but not the Surname. They refused to assist with what is clearly a finger error. The passenger had to pay R350.00 for a name change and will have to do the same for the flight back. I find this shocking !!! In these stress full times with covid-19 that people have to fly, why do Mango staff have to be spiteful and downright nasty !!! If passengers don't fly Mango will also close down.
