STAY AWAY!!!
I've never publicly criticized anyone before, but I need to share my terrible experience with Royal Paws Mobile Grooming in Pretoria. Lack of Supervision, - I initially had high hopes because they had new ownership. However, things quickly went downhill. Despite promises of a hands-on owner, there was no supervision during the grooming. I had to watch over my puppies myself to ensure their safety, which is unacceptable when the owner is supposed to be present. Impatience and Neglect, - During the grooming, I noticed that the groomer was impatient and neglectful, she almost let Zeus fall off the working bench. She didn't show any care or affection, and I had to assist throughout the session. This level of neglect was very concerning. Burn Injuries, - Despite specifically asking not to use clippers due to a previous bad experience, they used them on Zeus and he got burned in his ******* area, causing him a lot of pain. Traumatizing Incident, - To make matters worse, my other puppy, Delta, had a traumatic incident where she defecated herself during the grooming. This has never happened before. All these terrible experiences left my puppies emotionally and physically traumatized. On top of that, I now have a hefty vet bill to cover Zeus's injuries, adding to my disappointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with Royal Paws' service and strongly advise others against using them. The well-being of our beloved pets should always be the top priority for any grooming service, and they failed miserably in this regard. Their communication is as bad as their service, with not even a simple apology or an attempt to make amends. They asked for a photo of my dog's burn marks, which I provided, but it seems like they're not even bothering to read my messages, clearly avoiding me. It's incredibly disappointing. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Horrific Experience. Started with this company trying to kill my dog and ended up with thieft. Go anywhere else.
I had a horrific experience with this service provider. A few months ago I booked through the Royal Paws Grooming Service (royalpawsgrooming.co.za). I booked a "Style Me" package for my husky. I was promised that I that my dog would be looked after and this looked like a reputable brand. After the Grooming Service arrived they washed my dog and hand dried him (No idea why they did not have access to any drying services especially seeing as he is a long haired dog). After they had left my dog walked inside and collapsed on his bed. The next four days we had to take care of him and carry him outside to pee/poo. It later turned out that this company gave him some form of sedatives to probably make their job easier. Firstly this is illegal and secondly on the call after explaining the issue with my dog this bull**** company had the audacity to tell me that my dog is old and that is probably the problem. So they knew that giving my dog sedatives could have issues but they did it anyway. After they left it turned out they were thieves as well as they took with them my dog harness. I had to call and get them to hand it back. After spending around R2000 getting assistance for my dog through Vets and blood tests which prove that there is foul play here. They have the audacity to now put through a request through to the debt collectors for the R320 they want for what? Trying to kill my dog. This was by far the most horrific event that I've ever experienced with animal grooming.

Injured my dog
Injured my dog. They cut her eye then put blood stopper in. This is not meant for an eye and can cause my dog to go blind. My dogs were in de-stress afterwards and had scratches on stomachs. They are refusing to pay vet bills and are running the business very unethical.

Injured my dog. They cut her eye then put blood stopper in. This is not meant for an eye and can cause my dog to go blind. My dogs were in de-stress afterwards and had scratches on stomachs. They are refusing to pay vet bills and are running the business very unethical.

Injured my pets eye by firstly making it bleed and then putting BLOOD STOPPER / syptic acid in her eye which damaged her cornea and could result in blindness and severe eye damage. They say they will pay the vet bill but I have not received any payment and constantly need to fight and beg them with multiple emails and messages. Besides that both dogs were completely traumatized even several days later with multiple other injuries and bleeding. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

Injury to pet
Royal paws used to come and clean all 6 of my dogs ! They cut my spaniel once and we forgave them as a mishap! We went away in December they Cut my spaniel AGAIN who then needed stitches and a drainage! Royal Paws refused to take action for the mistake and damage they did to my dog yet alone the trauma they put him through!! I sent all pictures etc to the owner as proof and we were ignored yet again !

Terrible experience.
<p>Paid and never pitched up. Refuse to refund my money after sending proof of payment repeatedly. Her excuse is that she cannot find my payment. If she does not want to refund my money the least I expected from her was to make an arrangement to cut and wash my dog. You can phone her she is never avilable.</p>

Amazing Service
Firstly i would like to say due to the nature and background of my rescue dog I am unable to take him to a palour.<br> I have tried MANy a mobile grooming service and boy have i been let down plenty.<br> <br> Finally found the most reliable trust worthy one around.<br> <br> ROYAL PAWS GROOMING<br> <br> Best prices, best service, personal touch, always on time and man i just cant thank you enough for how my dog finally loves his regular pamper sessions.<br> the staff are great and obv care about what they do and have a passion for animals which is the most important to me<br> <br> KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB!!!!!!
