absa shows absolutely NO service what so ever.<br> <br> Been trying to sort out a missing payment for a month.<br> <br> 1. i am told someone will call me back - NEVER HAPPENS<br> 2. i am told the payment reversal will take 7 days _ WAY PAST 7 DAYS<br> 3. i am told to email someone - NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME<br> 4. i repeated email reply to all which is 7 email address's and i mail almost daily - NOT ONE RESPONSE<br> <br> this is such shocking service to say the least!!!!! how can not one person reply back and give you informtation<br> <br> becos clearly absa does not care<br> <br> i have complained on the facebook group 3 times now<br> and STILL i am waiting for something. feedback, an email, a phone call and i get nothing<br> <br> i am on the verge of closing all 4 my accounts with absa because this lack of service is disgusting and infuriating<br>
I joined gym company approx. a year ago......<br> <br> upon joining I mailed them a few many times to try find out wat was going on with my key which I PAID for.<br> <br> only received that 4 to 5 months into my 1 year contract.... but it took me forever to get a response. ad only got a response after throwing my toys like a child.<br> <br> there was just a complete utter lack of service. my 1 year contract is now coming to an end and to this day I never received my personal training session which you are meant to get upon joining the gym so that you can be shown how the equipment works etc.<br> <br> anyways two weeks ago contacted the gym again to find out when exactely my contract ends... this month or next and if we get a refund on the keys we paid for upon returning them.<br> <br> well it seems yet again no one has any inclination to respond what so ever.<br> <br> the service is non existent and truly shocking.<br> <br> don't know how you manage to run a gym if you cannot even get back to your clients.<br> <br> DISGUSTING!!!<br> <br> now... maybe I have your attention and maybe someone will bother to respond.<br> <br> seem like my complaint is only one of many regarding the gym compnay

so this now being the 3rd complaint on hello peter in 5 months.<br> <br> after the first i got no response what so ever.<br> on the second complaint it said i got a response but all that was is to state that the complaint was received and someone would be in contact soon.<br> <br> its well over a week later and STILL no one has contacted me. i guess thats not really SOON now is it vodacom.<br> <br> the complaint is actually for debit orders which vodacom is taking off an account ILLEGALLY...<br> <br> the contract was cancelled 5 months ago. and debit orders are still being taken. however according to the call centre the contract does not exist. that is actually correct cos yes its been cancelled.<br> <br> so who gives the right to vodacom to continue taking money off someones acc without permission.<br> <br> Just want to bring it to your attention for about the 100th time ITS FRAUD!!!<br> <br> vodacom is the worst service provider EVER. useless<br> unethical<br> and no one is able to assist me when calling vodacom helpline cos one person just puts me through to another the other puts me through to accounts then accounts puts me through to cancelations and and and and and ..... never ending load of horse sh!t service
Over a month ago i had numerous fights with vodacom for stil debitting an account for a contract which had been cancelled. i requested the money get paid back asap.<br> <br> i made complaint on hello peter and NO ONE bothered to get back to me.<br> <br> the moneySTILL has not been paid back<br> and vodacom is STILL ILLEGALLY DEBITTING AN ACCOUNT!!!<br> <br> i now intend to lay charges of fraud against vodacom<br> <br> well done for being the most USELESS network around and incapble of doing anything right.<br> <br> ILLEGAL!!!<br> <br> ILLEGAL!!!<br> <br> ILLEGAL!!!!<br> <br> ILLEAGAL!!!
cancelled contract over 3 months ago however still being debitted!!!!!<br> <br> when call the help centre they say its cos the number still shows as a contract on their side. <br> <br> when you go through the supposed step by step system it tells me i cannot access that contract as its cancelled.<br> <br> i want the money refunded and vodacom is clearly not capable of assisting and are as unhelpful as anything!!!<br> <br> <br> GET YOUR SH!T SORTED OUT!!!!!!
Firstly i would like to say due to the nature and background of my rescue dog I am unable to take him to a palour.<br> I have tried MANy a mobile grooming service and boy have i been let down plenty.<br> <br> Finally found the most reliable trust worthy one around.<br> <br> ROYAL PAWS GROOMING<br> <br> Best prices, best service, personal touch, always on time and man i just cant thank you enough for how my dog finally loves his regular pamper sessions.<br> the staff are great and obv care about what they do and have a passion for animals which is the most important to me<br> <br> KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB!!!!!!
