I have been using LekkeSlaap for all my holiday and overnight bookings for many years now, and have never experienced any issues. I find the website easy to use, the communication very effective, and when I needed a refund, it happened as promised. I can highly recommend.
Use the online shopping app, booked my groceries for delivery on the Saturday. Just before 5 o'clock on Saturday I called the call centre - but I was assured (couple of times) that it will definitely still be delivered on Saturday. I was promised that I don't have to worry, the driver is on his way. At 7 o'clock on Saturday night, we realised that we will have to make plan B for dinner / breakfast, as it will not be delivered. On Sunday we place our order with another supermarket (one that actually delivers) and they delivered within the hour. Just before 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon the Woolworths groceries arrived at our gate, and we refused to accept the delivery. My credit card was charged, and I have since tried to get the charges reversed. No luck so far. I will continue to try (3 e-mails without reply) and I phone the call centre every day, but give up after 30 minutes on hold.) I have not received one single communication from Woolworths, other than the lie that my groceries will be delivered on Saturday. Extremely disappointed - not what I expect from Woollies. Will never use the online service again!
Russel stole my money! As he did with so many others - he asked for upfront payment on spares for the treadmill and then disappeared. Please don't EVER trust or use Treadmill Tech or Russel Demont.
