Very good at first, but on collecting my car on 16/11/2022 the dashboard settings were all reset to 2018. Trip and consumptions all set to 0 and clock 8 hours out. Quarter tank of fuel gone and range to empty from 270km to 30km. On enquiring the reason, the owner came up with a lame excuse that the battery was dead, and they had to jumpstart my car. That's his reason for the reset dash, for the petrol missing he said the car had to idle for a while to recharge the battery. My calculations show the vehicle must have been idling for at least 5 hours to consume all that fuel. It is a brand-new Chery Tiggo 4 Pro, only 3 months old and I was told I should have the car battery checked.
<p>3 Times in a row they just pospone installation of my landline and internet. Every time I had to take of from work, and everytime I phoned them and they "escalated" my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am under the impression they just "escalate" a complaint to get rid of you.</p> <p>Horrible service TELKOM. I beleive if you had any competition in South Africa you would be non existant within a year.</p>
