they dont deserve my greetings, old mutual has great platforms BUT THEY HIRED LAZY, VERY LAZY STUFF..how do you conduct your interviews?i claimed/withdrew money through watsup link and i received a message after 7days that it was processed and it will reflect in my account in the next 3 working days....its now 8days ..nothing...i used my airtime which is morethan R200..OLD MUTUAL STUFF THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN PUTTING US CLIENTS ONHOLD....PLEASE HOLD ON...50munites?seriously ? in this business with LOTS OF COMPETITORS?...you guys are full of jokes......EAT THAT MONEY ,I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE...GET RICH AND BUY LUXRY CARS...Nonsense.....
No feedback right(Coenie) AND YOU PROMISED TO CALL ME YERSTEDAY? which made me feel that you guys are taking advantage of my family, taking into consideration the race I am which is BLACK. We are not disadvantaged. Since this car was new, I never changed my service to any garage, I have been using you guys(Renault Fourways) which means you`ve got the record of this car, you know what needs to be changed and checks(the car was still under maintenance, below 45000 mileage). I lodged a query which I complained about the disc(left front wheel) of this car while the vehicle was on 30 000miliage and the disc was declined(only break-pats were approved) because Liquid capital said there is still a last spin on it(disc) and it will be changed when the car reaches 45000 mileage. On the 11/04/2018 I brought the car for 45000 mileage but Neil didn’t request the disc from liquid capital and he has the record of this car and I told him that please fix the disc problem that I encountered while this car was on a 30 000miliage(which was still under maintenance plan). I never enjoyed this car since from 30 000miliage because I have to drive with caution. liquid capital confirmied that they never got a request from Renault fourways regarding the disc. The question is: Must we(my Family) held accountable for Renault fourways employees incompetency? May I please get the disc that I was promised to get when the vehicle reaches 45000 mileage. That’s all I am asked for. WE NEVER GOT ANY FEEDBACK, NO ONE BOTHERED TO PHONE..
