I had a very unpleasant exchange with two attendants at the Durban station on the 9th of this month. Being unfami**** with the place as it was my first time there, I did not know where to go for the bus. I didn’t even see the bus come in and as a result I was left behind. I asked and located the Translux/city to city office. What I got in there was not customer service. It was rudeness. The lady there made me feel so small and stupid. I nearly had an emotional breakdown.
Similo Nkomo was very helpful. He made sure that I had all the information I needed. He also explained things to me clearly.
