****ty service I called in to the call center to activate extra view gave d agent passport, address, smartcard and everything he refused to assist me and said my husband should call in even after I verified all d details now I know why multichoice is going to d dogs because of ppl like SIZWE MAKHUBELA he wasted my airtime and energy will be disconnecting my services Netflix is better

I was assisted by a very rude guy Aviwe he kept on talking to other people while I was on hold and he did not even assist me he wasted my time, airtime and energy he is just something else I regret calling the call center now I see why people are leaving dstv because of such ppl

Bad attitude, bad remarks and racist
Went to have dinner with my husband his friend and the wife, we ordered food took over an hour ordered ****tails they was no alcohol when we complained the bartender shouted at us from d bar insisting they was alcohol had to complain 3 times the he came to us saying "you people" don't know how ****tails taste we asked him to have a taste and he said oops they is no alcohol il do u guys a favor put in the Smirnoff with d red bottle a favor with our money no apology worst service ever never going back

I waited for one hour to be assisted the lady who was calling the q0's moved to the other side we had to wait as no one else wanted to call the q' s I'm highly disappointed in that kind of service

<p>My husband came in to activate our HD decoder a lady by the name of Masego said she wanted 100 rand for activation she took it and put it in her pocket I asked why she said we must pay her 100 its for her after activating I want to know why? Is It because he is a foreigner I activated mine in the same shop a day after I was not charged why?</p>
