PC Surgeon is based in Gordons Bay and as far as Computers and all that jazz is concerned is the best small Entrepreneur I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Basil is a old world values person and his service to this old lady has been exceptional. His patience and prompt assistance is greatly valued.
I was searching the internet for my favorite whisky liqueur and landed on liquor.co.za and saw that they have Amstel Radler available - FANASTIC - I can now get my favorite beer. The ordering process was easy and although I made an error and set delivery to collection. I received a very pleasant call from Malcolm(?) checking if that is what I wanted. Horrified I said no I wanted delivery. Anyhow the long and short of the story if you love Amstel Radler and haven't been able to get it in the Western Cape for the last couple of years. Now you know where to get it.

I have used Delite Foods for a number of years. They have an amazing sugar free range of jellies, mousse, jams, sweeteners as well as their Dash of Range which is the best in flavouring etc. Delivery is very prompt as well as. I strongly recommend them for all your sugar free needs

I would be very careful using this company. I used this service a couple of times but the last shipment will probably be my last as I don't see why I have to pay $9.99 membership fees just so that I can pick my shipping option. Their claim of the cheapest shipping rate is true but only if you are a paid up member. My cheapest option was Aramex for $20.96 but because you are forced to select a preferred shipping option as a non paying member they go ahead and use that option even if it is the more expensive one. I will certainly think hard and long before I use them again.
I have just received my first order from The Deli online store and I am really impressed with their service. I ordered on Friday and received my delivery today (21/2/23) from a very pleasant delivery gentleman. On opening my parcel I was delighted to find the freshest of Dried Fruit, cheapest Xylitol and a pack of very fresh Vlinders - all very well packed. I would recommend them to anyone
I bought the Shower Foot Massager Cleaner Slippers Brush with Non-Slip Suction Cups, only to be disappointed. First I thought I was getting a pair since the description and the box said SLIPPERS but no only got one and a rather expensive one too. After 1 use half of the bristles were flattened. The idea is good but the product is seriously lacking

I would like to remind Pick n Pay of a review that I posted on Hello Peter on 10 December 2021 ... I am going to start this post with a definition for Customer Service - 'Customer service is the act of supporting and advocating for customers in their discovery, use, optimization, and troubleshooting of a product or service. It's also the processes that support the teams making good customer service happen. The goal of customer service is to foster lasting customer relationships.' Well Pick N Pay certainly did not take any notice of what I said then and once again when I phoned your Customer Care this morning enquiring about a product advertised in your 'When It's Gone Its Gone' catalogue valid from 5 -18 September 2022 which clearly states that the products advertised are available on PicknPay.com - Well I certainly couldn't find it - so I phoned your so called customer service number and what a fiasco that was - your Customer Care agent was of absolutely no use. She couldn't explain why I couldn't find the item I was looking for online - Cozinharei 1.5 Litre Glass Casserole Dish with Lid, although it appears on your website as a NATIONAL brochure. Never mind trying to order online specials from your Everyday Exceptional Catalogue valid from 29 August to 11 September 2022 as shown on page 7. It clearly shows in the catalogue that the sides on offer are Pesto Pasta Salad, Classic Side salad, PnP Sweet Piquante Pasta or Pnp Creamy Potato Bake. Well I have yet to see PnP Creamy Potato Bake available in store or on the online shopping website. How do you allow such misleading advertising time and time again but have no way for your customers to contact anyone who knows something about what you are advertising How can you expect your Customer Care service to operate when the people working in that section have no access to your current catalogues and appear to be just for what? Certainly not Customer Care. You would be well advised to approach Checkers about about their top class customer care service
