Stay away from this company. I ordered from them and paid.. At first they weren't responding to my messages when I was communicating with them. They didn't respond when I asked them to track my order after the 2-7 days they eventually stipulated lapsed, and everytime I called them theyd either not answer or hang up. They practically stole my money and ran.
<p>I have to thank MiWay for speedily attending to my situation and complaint wit professionalism and humanity. The lady who helped me "Mathapelo" gave me the best service even though I was feeling irate about my situation. She was patient, kind, understanding, she supplied me with information and solutions, she was completely human in her conversation and not sounding heartless and straightforward like most call centre. MiWay you did a great job by hiring someone like her. I will definitely return to MiWay when I go back to SA in 2years time. This is the customer service experience that most companise need to learn from and emulate. Satisfied by the assistance and her heartfelt effort.</p>
<p>I have tried to send emails and went on their website trying to cancel my insurance, however MiWay is still debiting my account 4months later! I sold that car just after I moved abroad, and notified them as soon as the sale was complete. They are still charging for insurance for a car that I still do not have!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>South African who is now living in Thailand yet companies like MiWay refuse to let go of them!!!!! Beyond annoyed!!!!!!</p>
