I took my MacBook in for repairs to the keyboard and was quoted R4500. After 4 weeks and no reply to my follow up email, they tell me that the refurbished keyboard they used didn't work. (No mention was made about 2nd hand parts when I booked the machine in.) They then quoted me R8700 for the repair and another 4 weeks lead time. I told them that I won't be going ahead with the repair and went in to collect the MacBook. They gave it to me without the box and charger. When I asked them for it they said that they would have made a note if they kept the box and charger, and there was none. When I got home I checked in case I had made a mistake, but the box and charger weren't in the office. I contacted Everlyn who said that they don't have it but would check. She came back to me saying that they had the box, but not the charger. My husband went in to collect the box and asked them where they charger was and they just threw up their hands saying that they don't know and I must have taken it. Poor service, no accountability, ****** charger, and MacBook still not working after 2 months.
